Mainly the background voice that comes up to explain things throughout the show.

Tama is a white tiger from Africa, who was rescued by Nagi as a cub, and was raised on Matsuzaka beef and expensive tuna fish, making it incapable for him to go to the zoo or back to the wild. He can speak the human language, though he does not reveal this to Maria or Nagi because he doesn't want to shatter the young girl's dreams. He will lay his life down to protect Nagi, because his situation was a lot like Hayate's. To him, Maria is the highest power there is, followed by an impassable wall, Nagi, then himself, and everyone else is below him. Despite the fact he is a white tiger, he was found by Nagi while she was exploring Africa. The mangaka admitted that he made a mistake when fans wrote to him pointing out there are no tigers in Africa. Usually when Tama is speaking or involved in a comical situation, he looks rather cartoony and, when standing on his hind legs, is about human size. He appears this way in most of his appearances, although he will occasionally be drawn in his actual size and appearance.

Age: 17 Birthday: October 9 Height: 160cm Weight: 43kg Blood type: B Likes: collecting data, tea, friendship Dislikes: sports Kasumi Aika is a vice-president of the student council. Like many other Hakuo Academy students, she comes from a rich family. While she may be seen as a sweet, kind, and gentle girl to most people, secretly she is also very manipulative and takes advantage of any situation she sees, a fact that only Hinagiku and Chiharu are aware of. (She has a notebook with the weaknesses of anybody she meets written down) Despite this, she does care about her friends and would never betray them. For example, when she learned that Chiharu was secretly working as a maid for Sakuya, she hid this secret from everyone despite the fact that she wrote it in down in her weakness notebook in order to remember it. Sonia Shaflnarz comes from a family part of the Sicilian mafia. She moves to Japan in order to get revenge against the Sanzen'in family, because her father died due to the Sanzen'in family, though not directly. She impersonates Sister Fortesia, a sister from the Church of Alexander Mark and the Tiger's Pit for Butlers for the purpose of approaching Hayate and the Sanzen'in family. She speaks fluent Japanese, but she uses harsh words and blames it on the fact that she doesn't know Japanese very well. Sonia has unbelievable strength and fighting ability and uses tonfas as weapons. (Source: Hayate no Gotoku Wikia)

Sharna appears together with Fumi at the end of the Hayate no Gotoku 2nd Season and at the end of the OVA. She seems to be very calm when speaking.

Appears at the very end of episode 25 in the second season of Hayate no Gotoku. Only had one line. She is rather dim-witted, save for an unusually high ability in mathematics, and is very gullible. She tends to over-express her emotions by saying or thinking them out in English. She also tends to refer to herself in the third person. Her best friend, usually seen alongside her, is Sharna Alamgir.

Age: 16 Birthday: November 11 Height: 168 cm Weight: 57 kg (Body fat ratio is under 10%) Blood type: A Likes: violin Dislikes: Kotetsu Segawa, anyone who hurts Nagi, his parents Hayate has had to work to support his parent's bad habits since the age of eight, always moving from job to job, as he is fired when he is discovered to be underage. Hayate's dad is unemployed and his mother is a compulsive gambler, which leads inevitably to their bankruptcy. Hayate is a very selfless and generous person, always trying to help others in need even if it means causing harm to himself. He is very independent and skilled in many things, i.e being a good cook, housekeeper, and he can even identify fake works of art with one glimpse (thanks to one of his father's con jobs in the past) among many others. He has super human strength, tremendous speed, retaliation, and endurance allowing him to do things which are normally impossible. However, Hayate is rather dense when it comes to love. His poor empathy is always troubling him as he always misunderstands the feelings of people around him like Nagi's feelings toward him. This is probably because of his innocent personality and inexperience with girl's thoughts and feelings. The characters in this series continually remark that Hayate looks poor and needy. He believes that everyone hates him, except children, though he doesn't think of children as being anything other than friends. He can also play the violin. Despite his terrible luck, Hayate lives up to the title of "combat butler" as he is proficient in repelling attacks from almost anything, including other butlers. Despite his long held belief that he is unfit to be in a relationship due to his financial struggles he has openly admitted to loving Athena. In Hayate no Gotoku! Cuties episode 8, he considers thinking about what would have happened if his parents weren't kidnapped by the "nice people" and he kept on attending the same school as Ayumu, which would have probably lead into him dating her. This hints that Hayate might have some feelings for Ayumu (Source: Hayate no Gotoku Wikia)
